William R. Nicholson
Bill Nicholson is Co-Founder and a lead Principal of Heritage Realty Capital and has 35 years of diversified experience in banking and real estate.  Before joining Heritage Capital Group, he was a Managing Director for Chatsworth Securities.  While at Chatsworth, Mr. Nicholson worked on entity and project financings for both homebuilder and apartment clients.  After the acquisition of Barnett Banks by Bank of America, Mr. Nicholson joined Banc of America Securities as Managing Director, responsible for the Real Estate Advisory Group – the firm's national investment banking practice serving private real estate companies and investors to raise equity and dispose of assets.  In 1992, Mr. Nicholson joined Barnett Bank from PNC Bank where he served as Director of commercial real estate from the beginning of 1992 until Barnett was acquired in 1997.  He was chairman of the bank's Community Development Corporation; vice chairman and director of Main American Capital, a mortgage banking joint venture involving commercial real estate loans from $25 million to $200 million and successfully ran a correspondent lending program with Credit Suisse First Boston.  Mr. Nicholson spent ten years with PNC in Pittsburgh managing the bank's national construction lending group, and supported the international division on select overseas real estate transactions.  Mr. Nicholson is a member of the board of directors of BFC Financial (NASDAQ - BFCF), holds a B.S. from Wesleyan University, a Master's in finance and real estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and served as a former captain in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Nathan Blackburn
Nathan Blackburn supports Heritage Realty Capital’s initiative with The Standard Group, LLC. Mr. Blackburn is Vice President of Standard's Charlotte office and key responsibilities include Standard's acquisition strategy, investment planning, and disposition assessment. Mr. Blackburn spearheads Standard's entry into new markets while exploiting opportunities in our current markets.

Prior to Standard, Mr. Blackburn served as the Director of Corporate Services for CBRE in Charlotte, NC, before becoming a broker for CORE Properties.  While at CORE Properties, Mr. Blackburn sphere of influence was Office, Retail, and Investment properties throughout both the Southeast and Northeast, servicing notable clients such Eckerd Drug, Auto Zone, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and McDonalds.  Mr. Blackburn has been involved in over 800 real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 Billion.  
Mark T. Farrell
Mark T. Farrell covers Northeast Florida for Heritage Realty Capital. Mr. Farrell founded Killashee Investments, LLC in 2007 after a successful 25-year financial career. He attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. After graduating with an accounting degree, he received his CPA designation in the State of Virginia. In 1990, Mr. Farrell joined The Vestcor Companies as Chief Financial Officer. He ended his 17-year tenure at Vestcor as the President and Chief Executive Officer. While there, the company acquired and renovated several thousand apartment units, developed approximately 8,000 apartments, started a construction company, and became one of the largest developer/management companies in Florida. Mr. Farrell is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Indiana as a Real Estate Broker. He is also licensed in Florida as a Mortgage Broker. Mr. Farrell has served as a board member of the Ponte Vedra Rotary, Downtown Vision Inc., The Otis Smith Foundation and The Florida Theatre. He is currently a board member of Palmer Catholic Academy.
Clint Hale
Clint Hale supports Heritage Realty Capital’s initiative with The Standard Group, LLC. Mr. Hale is Partner and Vice President of Standard's Atlanta office. Mr. Hale is responsible for guiding and implementing Standard’s investment strategy and plays a key role in acquisition strategy, evaluation of ongoing portfolio performance, and analysis of potential disposition opportunities.

Prior to Standard, Mr. Hale served on the Division Launch Team for C.P. Morgan, one of the largest and most respected private residential developers in the U.S, where he established new divisional operations in emerging markets.  Afterwards, Mr. Hale served as the VP of Acquisitions & Dispositions for a private equity group and as VP of a regional real estate brokerage team, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of 5,000+ units.
Quentin W. Kapke
Quentin M. Kapke covers Southeast Florida for Heritage realty Capital. Mr. Kapke has 30 years of banking experience, as well as 7 years of working for the State of Florida as an Examiner in charge of examinations in the southern region from 1973 through 1980. Following his position with the State of Florida, Mr. Kapke joined Barnett Bank, in Ft. Lauderdale, as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate division. He later moved to Lakeland, Florida with Barnett as the Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Kapke then relocated to Barnett Bank of Tampa, where he was Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Manager of the largest commercial real estate portfolio in the company. In 1993, Mr. Kapke joined Barnett Bank, Inc. Holding Company, in Jacksonville, as a Regional Commercial Real Estate Manager. In 1995 he was promoted to Director of Credit Approval for Barnett Bank, Inc. Holding Company; a position he held until the bank was sold in 1997. In 1998, Mr. Kapke joined First Tennessee Mortgage Company, in Atlanta, Georgia, as Senior Credit and Risk Manager. He functioned as Chief Credit Officer for Union Bank in Ft. Lauderdale in 2002. In 2006, Mr. Kapke joined Seacoast Bank in Stuart, as Credit Department Manager, until his retirement in 2007.

Mr. Kapke served for 3 years as a member of the Board of Directors for Main America Capital, a mortgage conduit originator in Atlanta.

Mr. Kapke was Managing Director for the BSE Management Fund on the due diligence team specializing in commercial real estate and credit process. Most recently, he has been performing loan due diligence contract work for private equity firms acquiring banks.
Kevin R. Kinahan
Kevin Kinahan covers Southwest Florida for Heritage Realty Capital. Kevin Kinahan covers Southwest Florida for an affiliate of Heritage Capital Group.  Prior to joining Heritage Realty Capital, Mr. Kinahan spent four years with RBC Bank as an asset resolution officer handling commercial real estate loans all over Florida. In the prior 25 years he has provided financing for commercial real estate projects up and down the East Coast.  Market concentrations have been in all of the Florida markets and up into the metro New York and Washington DC areas.  He began his career in commercial real estate finance with Barclays Bank PLC.  After 10 years with Barclays in New York, he worked on the origination and financings for Class A office, regional malls and top tier hotels. After joining First Union in Miami he was involved with financing for high rise condo projects and large residential communities for national home builders. During this time he managed a $750 million commercial real estate loan portfolio that stretched to both coasts of south Florida. He has originated CMBS product for both Dime Savings/Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual/JP Morgan. Kevin's background includes the opening of commercial real estate loan production office in both Washington, DC and Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Kinihan holds a BS in Business Management from St Peter's College and he completed the credit training while at Barclays, which was conducted at New York University. He is a founding member of the SWFL Chapter of NAOIP, and is both a licensed insurance agent and Realtor.
David Mankus
David Mankus supports Heritage Realty Capital’s initiative with The Standard Group, LLC. Mr. Mankus is Founder and Managing Director of The Standard Group, LLC, a private equity real estate company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Mankus touches every facet of the company and leads the day-to-day operations with specific attention given to asset management, construction oversight, and investment strategy.  

Prior to Standard, Mr. Mankus served as the owner of Mankus Properties, a company responsible for approximately eight hundred real estate transactions, including multifamily, commercial, and residential. Mr. Mankus also served as owner of First Coast Lending, Inc., a company which specialized in lending on distressed property and brokering sub-prime and conventional mortgages.
